I have no clue what these things are called.... Does anyone happen to know the name for them, or even where to buy some? I'm having no luck on google. The only place I've ever seen them is on bed extenders, but I don't need the whole extender. just the little metal pieces.

Tie downs cleats from bed extenders... what are they called/where can I get some?
Not really sure if these are what you're talking about but I have these on my truck and love them. My father has them on his Sierra and likes them just as much. They're just called Bull-Rings I think, they're pretty strong and easy to install. Nice to not have to fish the ratchet strap down into the side of the bed to find the ratchet strap as well.
