I recently installed a set of Spyder LED tail lights purchased from Amazon. The first set had one light (left) that had a manufacturing flaws that looked like rough edges along the top. It almost looks like cracked edges. I ordered a replacement set and the left had the same defects so I assumed it is standard for their manufacturing. After searching for posts on the defects I noticed a few people have sealed there Spyders with silicone caulk. How common is it for these to have leaks?

Wow that's probably worse than just a little leaking (which can be fixed). Amazon has the ability to update past reviews and all of them were positive. Did you purchase off Amazon or elsewhere?

The LEDs look good but not at the expense of reliability. I'm going to consider just returning them.
