How Are The Headlights Adjusted?

This is the first vehicle I've had where it is not obvious how to adjust the headlights. When I pull a trailer the headlight blind oncoming drivers and I'd like to adjust them down.

I asked the service writer at the local dealer a few days ago and his fifteen second explanation didn't seem too convincing. He had to ask someone and I don't think they do much adjusting of headlights.

I can find two possible adjustment points on each light assembly. One is a small nut at the outboard at bottom of the headlight assemble and the other is near the top but coverd with a complex looking plastic cap.

Has anyone out there actually adjusted their Tundra headlights?

If so where were the adjusts made; was a special tool required; did you have to remove the battery and/or the windshield washer reservoir?

I hope someone out there has done this and will take the time to explain how its done.

The bottom exposed nut is the up and down adjustment. You can use a phillips screw driver vertically in the top of the nut where the teeth are to adjust them. Look at it and you can see what I mean. The covered nut is the left and right adjustment.

These things are bright!! I didn't think they were that bright until I passed actually I cut this guy off on accident, on Forrester rd., and he kind of followed closely until I passed the next guy, but he had me thinking he had the highs on.
