Hey Guys,

Ima go on my day off tomorrow to the shop to try to get one of these installed. Whats reasonably the best bet. Im young so noise doesnt bother me, a drone will though. If im cruising 6th gear (about 75mph, 2k rpms) and I get a drone im quiting on it.

I had the flowmaster 50s on my other tundra, it had a drone at 1500 rpms, but thats like 40mph in 3rd gear so it was ok to me.

Which one has the most performance increase? Im assuming the single chamber 10 series.

My real question is though, what inlet.outlet size. Im dumping it at the diff too.

I have a flowmaster super 40 dual in dual out and I love it. I had 26" dual powersticks at first but it was too loud. I don't mind noise but the truck sounded ridiculous. I love the super 40 though only bad thing is at first I had some drone right at 60-63 mph nothing less nothing more only those speeds. Either it has gone away or I am used to it I don't know. I highly recommend the super 40

Ok gonna do that. As far as I know the 10 series is single in so dont wana mess up stock tubing, not worth it.

Be back with results.

He had 1 10 series, but i didnt wana crush it into a single in single out so I wanted duals....to bad it wouldnt arrive tomorrow. So 40s will doo!

Should be done in another hour :(

Yo el kido! its been over an hour since your last post, wheres the opinion on the new setup?? lol, I wanna know what the combo sounds like combined w/ the "dump", I'm thinking of doing that soon, wondering if it will change my current sound any more

Sorry guys i was drivin around haha

Sounds great! I put the key in, twisted, and had the fattest grin on my face. You thump the throttle and it sounds deep, floor it and it gives the truck ballz.

Driving impressions are:

Fwy at 75mph and about 2k rpms its there so i turned radio up from 18 to 21 and it was if it wasnt there. Not to bad

50mph cruisin streets it does like 1200 rpm and its almost silent, go to 1500-1700 then its deep. Overall its nice and i like.

Ill post a vid in like an hour let my phone charge.

Paid a lil on high side, 240 installed for both and got lifetime parts n labor.

Yeah I hate having to watch someone setup there camera, walk to the truck, scratch there ass & sit in there truck for 5 minutes before revving it lol, buuuut I think I'll wait till the "crisp" vid to make my opinion cuz that phone video was aweful lol

Ya the video was worse then I thought. I was hoping she would have brought the camera but she forgot it and Im about to head out to work so no video today. I will try to post one after work tomorrow too, but I want it a little more detailed. Mounted on the rear shackle and drive around giving a real idea hahah

I notice this kit is silent at rolling nuetral or idle (about 1k rpms) then when the RPMS go up, you acttually get to hear the motor more then the exhaust. Thats what I love, low end grunt then top end engine roar.
