Dipping the bumper? (painted surface)

My front bumper cover (white plastic) is still looking new, but I'm going on a long trip (12,000 miles) up to Canada and points beyond.

If I "dip" my front bumper with plastidip, will I be able to remove it in a few months? Or is it a PITA to remove.

Plastidip is illegal in Canada :lol5:

J/K but it should be banned due to our rip off prices here.

Why would it be hard to remove? The thicker it is the easier it is to remove....just do a few coats.
