If you have any ideas what this is...please let me know

Sounds like some kind of a fan running. Almost sounds like the air intake pump on the 5.7. I am not to familiar with the gen1 tundras. Does it always run for that short time and then stop?

Yes it runs for maybe 60 seconds! Then everything sounds fine.

Anyone have an idea where this pump might be located?

Sounds like the AIP, yep. It's behind the passenger headlight area I believe.
