Recently I had several inches of ice on my wipers. Unbeknownst to me, I must have turned the wipers on. I later tried to use the wipers and they did not work but the wiper fluid did. I checked the fuse and it had blown. I replaced it and the wipers seemed to want to work but very slowly and then the fuse blew again. I think it might be the relay but looking at the schematic on the back of the fuse box, I cannot seem to figure out which relay needs to be checked to see if it is damaged. Any ideas?
