hey guy i just purchased a 2008 tundra 4.7 with 53k miles on it. the person her owned it before me. had an aftermarket trailer brake installed and hitch. me being me i decided the remove the brake controllers. i dont tow and will never tow a trailer. i took everything out. thinking nothing should go wrong. my windows( all door switches) do not work. my hazard lights dont come on anymore. interior lights dont come on. i started double checking everything and the only thing i cant figure out is. i got one connector that has nothing going to it. i don't see a spot to connect. all i know is it was connected to the trailer brake harness. it doesnt seem factory. but it has one big black wire that runs from the Toyota harness to that connector. at the moment. if i connect that wire back to the connector. there is still no where for the connector to connect. so im trying to see if yal wiring specialist can help me out. i have a hard time reading the wiring diagrams. they can get confusing. i attached come pictures to give a better under standing. i can get more to post. oh yeah this is under driver side dash

okay nevermind about that connector. turns out i was removing the alarm system that was installed along side with the trailer brake. i just gotta trace all the wires that were splice with this alarm installed they did
Yeah, it's got to be either a loose wire or a blown fuse - or both.
okay so i double checked everything. i got hazards and interior lights back on. but still no windows. i have no blown fuses. idk if there is a relay for the windows. but i read another post to say to check the pink power wire on the master window switch then from that pink wire. check power from the brown wire that supplies the pink wire power at connector. i so i check with my continuity checker. no power at the pink wire. i can only get power reading from the door lock wire. so i check at the connector in the driver side panel. no power what so ever from what i can see that brown wire hasn't been tampered with. i just cant figure out why no power isn't coming to it. the wire you see cut in the pic. the guy before me ran that wire from the trailer brake connector thats messed up no

The 30 fuse is for the drive motors. There should be another fuse that provides power to the switch (in case an explanation is needed, a relay takes a switched load from a low-amp circuit and uses that to more safely switch a higher-amp circuit). So, the switch would have a lower amp fuse of its own somewhere, which doesnt appear to be included in the diagram.
okay ive been at it for a bit now. i got techstream and im able to run a test on the windows. guest what they work! but when i exit that test. the windows stop working. i cant find anything in techstream to fix the issue. i made a video showing what im dealing with
