On the passenger side the felt weather stripping that the outside of the window glass rubs on when raising or lowering keeps getting sand/grit in it. I've scraped, wiped, rubbed, etc the felt many times, but I still have issues of screeching/scraping when raising/lowering the window. I'd like to just replace it. Is this the part?

Maybe not because it says inner, but I don't see another likely part on the break-downs I've been looking at.

It's not the glass. If I scrape/rub/etc the felt that makes contact with the window and can change the characteristics of the screeching/scraping sounds as the window goes up/down. In the moment it's not bad, but I still want to replace the felt strip. I wonder if this might be a Toyota problem in general? I have a 2000 Sienna and the driver window glass has copious scrapes from grit in the felt. It came to me that way when I purchased the van.
