Yes. You will have to remove mudflats as well. I am +3 on front using Supreme Suspensions spacer and run the 295/70/18 Nitto Terra Graplers. My wheels are +14.

You will be fine. I'm running the same tire size and offset and have no lift. I do rub the body mount at full lock but it's not bad.

That's surprising. Everything I have heard was that to get that size tire to work was to have some lift. Glad to hear it's working for you.
