I'm looking at a set of wheels, keeping the 17" but it goes to a 17x9 with a -24 offset, how will the wheel stance be compared to the RW factory wheels?

That's a really negative offset. I would imagine that would stick out really far (maybe a couple inches) more than your current RW wheels.

RW wheels are 50 mm offset wheels. The outside of the new wheel will stick out almost 3 1/2 inch further than RW wheels. (2.91 inches further out + 1/2 inch for 9 inch width). Unless you get a serious lift for your truck or get smaller tires, you will have to do some major cutting.
