Like the title states. What did you end up paying before TT&L on your 2014 Tundra Platinum 4x4? I'm in the market and I'm not finding any "great" deals (less than TrueCar price). I'm in Dallas, TX so if anyone around me recommends someone please let me know. The best price I've gotten is $44,707 + TT&L. Truck includes Blind Spot Monitor, Spray in bedliner and Chrome tube steps (don't really care for the steps but oh well). Help a future fellow tundra owner out!

OK, take this with a grain of salt as i had a VP (not the GM, this is a huge 85 locations dealership, literally every maker of vehicle out there) at a dealership owe me a huge favor for how i helped his son's career....This is in the boston area

14 tundra platinum 4x4 - trd big brakes, trd exhaust, trd sway bar, running boards, 3m paint film protection, blind spot monitor/lane departure options, literally every thing which I could have put into the truck, List was $54146 they gave it to me for $43895. He said he will lose about 2 grand on the truck which will not amount to much as they get multiple back end kick backs. He estimates his true "losses" will be about 350 dollars which he said wont end up as a blip on the monitor as he is the is the number 2 in the chain of the dealership.

I tell you this not to brag about the deal, but to give people a good idea how much they can possibly get off. I say possibly as in an area where trucks arent the number 1 selling vehicle, you may not be able to get them down....texas folks however, very well may be able to. So based on my buying and discussion, i think a really really good negotiator on my truck would have paid 46-47k. Hope that helps.

They took from the day before christmas until late april to get my ordered truck though, and given what happened, they also threw in a free 8yr/125k warranty, line x premium, lojack, wheel protection warranty, and simonizing free to try to make me feel better. I wont lie, it worked!
