That's basically what we're doing--going to try having three vehicles for a bit. My old car for commuting to work, her car for doing mom-stuff (we both put like 25k/year on each vehicle), and the Tundra for whatever else. Hoping to keep all the miles on the vehicles that cost less to run&replace&repair.

Some people don't spend that much time online. I know some people who check heir email once a week. Eek! I check mine like once an hour. Maybe the op just doesn't check in that often?

That young, not much will go wrong from age. That many miles, and who knows. But the repairs should be cheaper than a new truck. I guess it comes down to, how risk are you willing to take, and how much would you be willing to spend? New isn't always without its issues.
