This is for the offset pros. Im just trying to understand offset a little better. So my question is..... if I get a 0 offset rim with a 13" wide tire that means my wheel will stick out approximately 5" from stock fitmemt correct. I have steel wheels +60 offset 275/60r18 I believe

Youre missing a few key numbers for an acurate calculation. The stock wheel is 8" wide and has a +60 offset. You didnt mention the width of your new wheel. Guessing it would be a 9" wide wheel with a 0 offset youre looking at just the wheel edge being 72.7" mm further out. (25.4mm=1"). Then add the addtional tire width.
