Turn signal, fast blink, passenger rear

I have a 2018 Tundra, fast blink for turn signal started the other day. Light is out passenger rear, easy fix.... I get new bulbs, still out. Try all the bulbs one the driver's side and all of them work. Then I blame the connector, swap passenger out to driver side and it works, driver side to passenger and it doesn't work. I do not see any issues with the wires. Perhaps I am wrong but a fuse would take all of them out, no?

ps - blinker fluid is full, just changed it too, i used synthetic for that....
