My ARE "Z series" cap came with my truck when I bought it from the dealer.

I was going toget rid of it but I like how it will look with my tire carrier rear bumper. Also, great for camping and rounds the truck out really nicely.
Nice lookin' truck!!

You're in! I love the clean lines and simplicity of the snugtop.

I searched most of the 24 pages and do not see too many raised toppers. I prefer the raised toppers to fit roto-tillers in and lawnmowers and ATV's even if need be with higher handles and handlebars. Let's see some of those raised toppers please.
I can fit my lawnmower and snowblower into the back of my truck. I just have to lean it back at an angle when pushing it in so as to be able to get the handles beneath the lip of the opening.. But once in, the ceiling is higher and it fits no problem. (also, I think the raised toppers disrupt the clean lines of the truck too much...)

sweet, I made the cut! The lines of the aero sport was the main reason I ended up getting the snugtop instead of some of the other brands I looked at.

A lot of good looking toppers in here. Mine will be here in less than 2 weeks and I'll post it up.

It's a ARE V series.

Anybody got a close up side shot of one installed?

Finally got my shell. Took a pic while they were installing it. It is a Century Ultra Sport (same as a Leer 100xr) with tracks on roof.

Look on page 23 of this forum. My ARE V series is shown installed on my regular cab Tundra.

If I may ask..why? I mean I have a Tundra and it has a (Phantom Gray)colormatched CTC(Century )cab height fiberglass cap.
One other "why" - pertaining to the debadging . I used to own a Honda 750cc motorcycle , a Shadow American Classic Edition or ACE as we referred to them. Candy Apple Red..beautiful. It was a very nice and well made bike , just wasnt big enough for a long trip. Guys all over there wanted to hurry up and debadge it so the Harley guys didn't think they were uncool by not riding a Harley . Believe me ,a Honda will never look like or sound like a Harley so debadging a Honda wont ever make it look like or be one either. so my question is ,and I'm very serious, why bother debadging a Tundra. I can understand removing anything that has a dealership name on it . Its a nice truck .It has a very unique look and tight construction to it that the big 3 just have lost over a long period of time. They all look like each other except Ford has the stupid bottom of the window design, Dodge has the fat fendered look with a "Hemi" big whoop, hey yeah its a Hemi , it can suck your gastank dry faster than mine does. Chevy just lost a ton of my respect with its very plain flat sides...no style, and lack of reliablity. So ,why, when you own a very nice ,well built truck that looks better, lasts way longer than at least 2/3 of the competition , would you want to take aways its obvious badge of "hey, I'm over here,I look cooler than ever and I'll be here when you need me." So ,when you drive by all the others rusted out in a junkyard with only 150,000 on them , you know what you're driving should last twice as long...and then some. And FWIW- its a truck , its just a depreciating material object. They still lose value , not as fast as the other ones do , but they still do. Just buy em and drive the shit out of them.

Good question. Debadging can be a way of showing complete confidence in the vehicle one drives, that one does not need to advertise to others that they made the best choice when purchasing their vehicle. I debadged because I got tired of my wash mitt getting snagged on the emblems.

I actually saw the pic of ewheeler20's Tundra and was thinking I really like the clean look of that gold truck and might go the debadging route myself...

I did it for the clean look. The tundra has really nice lines and I think that the emblems disrupt it a bit. I have no shame in Toyota, or in advertising for anybody.. I just think it looks better debadged.

You should tell him your debadging story.
