I'm an old fart and would just like to fit slightly larger tires on the 18" TRD wheels that came on my 2020 4x4 OffRoad. I plan on a 1.5" lift on the front to level. What's the largest tire size I can go with and still have all the necessary clearances that won't require any cutting/chopping etc?

275/70r18 would work fine, as should 285/65r18. 285/75 should fit fine but might touch a hair on some plastic bits. I had 275/70r18’s for a while with bilstein 6112’s on the lowest setting (about 1.3” of lift) and had zero running so long as the tires were properly inflated. At 33 psi the would rub just a tiny bit at full lock hitting a bump. At 42 psi they didn’t rub one but. They were LT tires, not p rated tires so require a slightly higher psi to achieve the same load rating.
