Hey guys.... have a 2008 DC 5.7 with tow package and was wondering what the newest transmission I can swap in would be? Have a line on a low mileage 2015 trans.
I have the dreaded P0983 code and was told by toyota trans would have to be replaced since they don't service them. Got a second opinion from a trans shop who said I may get away with just replacing a solenoid but was warned not to get my hopes up.
Also curios has anyone installed the sonnax zip kit or transgo shift kit? Thanks in advance.
