Transmission solenoid connector disconnect side of tranny how to?

I am underneath the truck trying to get this connector disconnected. It’s awkward spot and I I have never seen a connector like this as it looks like a locking mechanism but I don’t want to break it trying to pull harness out. Is there a locking mechanism on this connector like most sealed junctions. How does this one open.
Please help before I try to open to testresistance of solenoids.
