I have a set of rims & tires I took off my 2016 Platinum Tundra with less than 500 miles on them (replaced them with after market rims & tires). My 2010 Limited Tundra is now ready for tires. I'd like to put the rims and tires from the 16 on the 10. Will the 10 recognize the sensors? I'd like to do this myself as opposed to have a shop do it.

The ecu will have to be flashed to recognize them. Most local tire shops can do it after you swap them.

My tire shop offered to do it free with my winter tire swap.
You could call tire shops and ask.
Maybe have them mount the tires at the same time and the programming could be free

Discount Tire in my area sets up my sensors all the time when change wheels and tires over. They have never charged me. Takes less than 5 mins, after they finally get to me.
