I replaced my timing belt (water pump, tensioner, etc) again, just did this three years ago. The engine has 318,000 miles on it and still runs strong(well, when it was last running). Anyway, I’ve got it put back together but I can’t seem to get the engine to turn by hand (wrench to crank shaft bolt), if I remember correctly, this was also the case three years ago. Should I be concerned, or finish buttoning it up and give her a try?

its most likely on a compression stroke and that's why you can't turn it over by hand. To get by this, remove the spark plugs and then rotate the engine by hand.
