Wow, that's close. They do look good.
I guess you'd have a little more space on a LTD 20X8 as opposed to your 20X9 offset being same.

Edit:maybe not...I think stock LTD's are +60 offset.

Truck look perfect!!!!! Congrats!!!! BTW my 305/50r20 are that close to the ucas.
Really? With my 305/50/20's I could easily fit the tips of my fingers between the control arm and tire. I would have never even attempted 295/60/20's if I was as close as you are. I can't even fit my pinky down there now. I bet if I wrapped a piece of tape around that pencil it would rub. If my alignment slips I'm screwed.

EZ4U, thanks for posting the pics. Your truck looks great.

I'm looking at doing your exact same setup (BBS + 295/60/20), but thinking about going with the Trail Grapplers. You think that would fit?

The specs for both tires are:

295/60/20
Nitto Terra - 34.45 x 12.36
Nitto Trails - 34.47 x 12.13

Surprisingly enough, the trails appear to be a bit narrower than the Terra's.

Looks good! Is there a difference in space between a 295/18 and and a 295/20?? I'm looking at getting rid of my 305's for the 295's for more height as opposed to width...

There is...
Terra Grappler 295/70/18 = 34.41 x 11.77
295/60/20 = 34.45 x 12.36

Trail Grappler 295/70/18 = 34.57 x 11.73
295/60/20 = 34.45 x 12.13

I have the same setup, BBS wheels, 3/1 kit just not installed yet. The 305/60s are $200, compared to $250 for a 305/55, really considering going with that size. Do you have a spacer in there?? Does it rub anywhere?

Hopefully someone can chime in and help me. The picture with the Tire and the UCA is it that close because of the height of the tire or the width? I'm assuming height but I honestly don't know.

If Height is the problem would more LIFT fix this issue?

What would be the easiest mod for more space between the uca and the tire? Same offset as the rims I have. Trying to be cautious before I buy some 295
If you're willing to use wheel spacers why don't you buy the tires and see how close they are...if they're too close in your opinion then order 1" spacers from wheeladapeter.com ?

The trailgrappler specs look slightly narrower too
