Does anyone know if Swingcases are compatible with the factory rear cargo LED lights that Toyota installs?

They are not. They don't technically need to be removed but they are completely blocked so it's pointless

Thanks, that is what I needed to know. Just got back into a Tundra and working on getting my bed setup. Was thinking about using a Swing case (or 2) and a Bakflip MX4 cover. Thought the Swingcase would be more practical that the Bakbox.

Just install strip LEDs as I did

I moved the light on the swing case side to the front.
