It appears to be on a Cement. Which I believe is a single coat process, like the 202 black, and white.
Before getting too aggressive, I would simply try rubbing compound, followed by a polish.
I had a scratch that looked about the same after having my remote start installed, I rubbed it by hand, polished by hand, and it went away. I do have Mag Grey though, which is a 2 step color/clear, not a one step process.
If it is a Cement, I think it will be a pretty forgiving color to scratch repairs. As long as you don't go completely through the base coat.
