How wide are these rims and what is the BS?
same here, ran 275/70/18 before i put the lift and bigger wheels and tires. no fitment issues what so everYou can run 275/70/18 on a stock wheel without any lift at all and not have any rubbing issues, that is the same tire I have now and had prior to my lift.
Ok you guys are great! Thanks for all the info. This will be my first tire purchase since the OEM ones. I got a email back from the place where I am getting my tires and they said yea, the 275/70/R18's will work but he also told and quoted me on the 285/65/R18. Umm what do you think will look better? Suggestions?I'm running 285/65/18 on mine.

Same here. My truck had 275/70/18 Terra Grapplers on it when I got it and it was stock. They fit fine.same here, ran 275/70/18 before i put the lift and bigger wheels and tires. no fitment issues what so ever
285 will be a tad wider but the 275 is a 33" tire so it's taller and it will fill up the fender well better. I would rather have a little more narrow tire that is taller and looks bigger from the side than a wider tire, but that's just me.Ok you guys are great! Thanks for all the info. What 2.5" leveling kit do you have??? I had those same tires ( 285/75-18 Toyo M/T's ) test fit with my Bilsteins set on top notch and stock TRD 18's and they didn't fit.. The lugs basically wrapped themselves around the sway bar...275/70R18 may be pushing it without a leveling kit. I've got a 2.5" leveling kit on the front of my truck and I have 285/75R18 Toyo MTs with the stock SR5 wheels. I cut the skid plate and I do not have any rubbing anywhere lock to lock. With the width of my tires, there is only about 3/4" between the sidewalls of my tire and the UCA, so you should be fine as far as width is concerned with the 275s, but the height may be a little much.
