I saw a white Ram 1500 behind me on the highway last week with those police style red and blue LEDs tucked behind his grill. I passed him and knew it wasn't a cop but it still threw me off when he turned them on for a few seconds. Sounds like a very illegal way to get cars to move out of your way.
