So is it safe on the TRD tune to get a couple more PSI out of the supercharger with a smaller pulley ? Does the mass air compensate for more air coming in? I've seen some run different sized pulleys on the accessories or on the blower itself.
I did the pulley swap and afr is still rich. I Gaines about 2 or 3 psi wich should be 40 hp. There is a noticeable gain in both power and whine. Mostly it will make boost at lower rpm. So far I have put 5k miles on it with 0 issues.
Ran the ASP supercharger pulley for 1 year/20,000 miles with no issues. Power gain is about 30 to 40 HP or 0.25 seconds in a 1/4 mile.
