I looked at slide-in campers briefly a while back. There seems to be are a few light weight slide in campers available that may allow one to stay within the Tundra's load capacity. To me it seemed that in order to keep weight down one had to do with less features and functionality. That and the cost of the slide-in campers did not make them very appealing to me based on my needs and how I wanted to use it.
