One benefit I did not expect or anticipate was the BD flash to take care of some of the issues that I can only imagine were being introduced by the Unichip. With the Unichip installed my dash readout for MPG would tell me I was getting around 19.4 MPG which was a complete lie. With hand calculations I would average between 12.2 and 12.7mpg depending on how I was using the truck, towing or not, heavier on the right pedal or taking it easy.

Now with the Bullydog from Sparks, I am showing 12.4 MPG on the dash calculator, which when calculating by hand seems to be working out to be correct. I am elated with the change over to the BD tuner.

What parts do I need to bring to do the switch from the unichip to bully dog if I let Sparks do it?

the bullydog is not without its concessions, it still shifts like crap & around 4500rpm the knock sensor picks up spark knock and pulls around 5 degree's of timing. biding my time until the dap ffv tune is available
