Has anyone in here retrofitted the auto leveling headlights?

Yup. Works just fine. I suppose the added weight of the projectors could wear them prematurely, but I'm about 12 months in and use them often. No problems.

You did mini h1's right? Did you just use a cone bit to widen the opening enough to get the projector base to fit through, then just screw them down?

No sir - did FX-R's, morimoto ballast's, and Phillips DS2's. I cut and JB welded. Works great. Don't have a photo on my phone. Sorry. .

Ok. I have a stupid question lol! I assumed the auto leveler just moved the bulb up and down. So the leveler moves the entire reflector housing? I guess it would have to. That puts me 2 steps closer to doing the retrofit.

Yup, moves the whole reflector housing. My first time doing it. The most difficult part was aiming them - and in my case while welding with the JB.
