Replacement atenna help

I have a 2011 Crewmax with a larger aerial antenna. I would like to replace it with a more flushmount antenna you would see on a newer vehicle but I can't seem to find anyone who specifically makes something of that nature. Due to its location/orientation on the hood and fender, it seems like it would have to be something sold per vehicle/application. Does anyone know of anyone who makes something like this that might work for my application?
Thank you.

Check Amazon. Last time I looked they had a bunch.
I got this one off Amazon & love it. I also tried a 4' off ebay but this one here from amazon did the trick. Hope this helps. I have a 2014 trd crew max.

Thank you both for the reply. I don't think I described it well because you are correct, there are plenty of lower profile antennas on Amazon and other websites. What I am looking for is something more like the attached (I probably should have included photos the first time - apologies). A standard one from another car will not work as they are mainly for flat surfaces and this one would have to be a model a company would sell per vehicle make and model as it would have to be molded to the hood/fender. I am asuming since I cannot find one and no one seems to know about them, they probably don't exist. Thanks again for the responses

Search YouTube for Tundra Hidden Antenna. There’s also a write up on one of the other forums.
After trying many other options I found this hands down was the best. Added bonus is it will cost you less than $3.
Basically you flip the antenna mount upside down and your OEM antenna will be inside your fender, running horizontally toward the headlight.

I barely noticed any loss of signal, but the main benefit is it looks better, near OEM reception , and no more broken antenna mounts at the car wash!

I’ll see if I can find the links and will follow up.

Freaking Genius! The only thing better than a shorty antenna is NO Antenna. This is my next mod.
