Put The Screws In A Zip Lock Bag Tape Them To The Mud Flaps And Throw The Whole Them In The Trash .....:D
haha, that's what I was gonna do... Thanks guys. I believe the only purpose of the screws was to hold the mudflaps. I'll let you know if my wheel well falls out on the freeway.

Yeah I'm ready to take mine off when I get my truck back. I was hearing horrible grinding noises and after stopping during the loud grinding I found my wheels are rubbing on the mud flaps. Are they useful much? If you guys took them off I might as well do the same.

If any of you guys want to sell them, I'll buy them off you. :) And as for the bolts my truck didn't come with mud flaps, and theres no bolts so it's not necessary to put them back in.
I thought these were standard on all tundras. You might want to take a look at the aftermarket options. There might be some cool ones out there.

I actually bought the aftermarket ones. The ones from TRDsparks, but then they don't fit 100%, there are tiny gaps. I'm really OCD lol everything has to be OEM or atleast look like it and a have a perfect fit. Ended up taking off the ones from trdsparks after a week, couldn't take it anymore... They left these line indents in the rock guard paint too.

I think mudguards became standard on 2008 SR5 models, not sure though.

Taking the flaps off was the first mod I did to the truck when I got it a little over a year ago. Flaps and screws are still sitting in the garage. Screws are useless unless you don't like holes in the fenders. The only difference with them off is that if you go mudding you get much more spray from the tires on your truck. Plus I think trucks look better without them.

An example of the mud spray can be seen in my signature picture.
