First let me say I'm not a Tundra person, I drive a 20 year old Jeep. I am helping out a friend trying to get her some parts for her 2006 Tundra. It's an SR5 model with the 4.7 engine. We work overseas and are having to get the parts shipped from the states and want to make sure we get it right because it's not as easy as driving back to the local parts store.

She needs the complete rack and pinion unit and the pressure hose. While searching online I found a few places, mostly dealer stores, that show 2 part numbers. One if the truck has rear steering stabilzer and the other without. There are others such as Autozone that just show it as the rack and pinion without any mention of the rear stabilizer.

Will it make a difference in which one of these she gets? I don't want to order one that's cheaper and find out it doesn't fit. The one at the dealer part store is $700, it's half that for a remanufactored one.
