I bought my nitto trail grappler 295/65/20 from your company last year with warranty and put approx 5k on it. Today as i clean the wheels i notice a bunch of cracks on the side wall at the same time i received the low tire pressure not sure if the crack reduced the air pressure. My question is:

Is it normal that these type of tires cracked on the side wall?

Tires can get some surface cracking that doesn't effect the performance of the tire but if this happens they should be looked at. I'd recommend contacting our customer care department. It was the master cylinder stop working on me. After i spent $264 the brake works like a champ.

Thanks bro. Couple weeks ago i was told by Auto zone to replace my alternator. It was a nightmare because the OEM alternator cost around $800 so i got the rebuilt one from Napa for $300 and they gave me one with a bad voltage regulator . That suckers toasted my brand new yellow top so i have to wait for another couple days for the replacement. Finally got it to work again.

Wow discount tire has THE best customer service. Call the 1-888 number and speak with Mr. Andrew. He pulled the records and offer replacement for all 3 tires at the price of the insurance which is $186.

You can choose a different size and/or tire model. All you would have to do is pay the difference.
