Unfortunately I can't get into the details because insurance is still working on it but I rolled my truck.

But with this unfortunate incident, I am able to "upgrade" to a better truck.

Better in that it is a 4x4 and a CM, more room for the kids.

The new truck I purchased sight unseen from Copart.com up in Sacramento. I got it for a good deal.

It was wrecked and salvaged.

It has some front clip damage

With some ghetto body repair I was able to get it really close to spec.

Better

Got some help from my goat

Hood swap and new headlights

Still off by a bit

I ordered fiberglass fenders from McNeil so they should have allow me to work with the damaged clip

I replaced the steering wheel and clock spring

But I am 100% stuck on the passenger side airbag. I have no idea how to remove it.

That's what happens when you let a goat drive a truck.

Sucks to hear about you rolling your truck, hope nobody got hurt. As far as removing the passenger airbag, have you tried the good ol' BFH?

Sorry about your truck but good thing you like having projects to work on. Nice job so far, i wouldn't have the patience to take on a project like that.

I don't have the balls to roll my Tundra either

Also, I noticed that the radio was on in the pics, I assume that means the key was on. Is that a good idea whilst fuking with the airbag system?

thank you for pointing that out.

safety is my #1 concern so the battery post was removed during the installation of the airbag. but it was re-connected during the removal attempt of the passenger air bag which was already deployed.

@Dragos28 did this incident have anything to do with you trying to do a "broadie" vid for @Lee's rig

but my heart is with the tundra.

ive got too much on my plate right now to buy a newer truck so i had to get one thats salvaged. its not that bad, just a bit of damage to the front right corner. should buff right out. :nerd:
