Tires like this are good for maximizing tread life but are going to under perform in rain or snow or off the pavement. Always trade-offs.

We agree that tires are a product of compromise which is why it's important to select the right tire model for you ones individual needs and uses.

As for the Agilis CrossClimate, this tire performs very well in inclimate weather conditions and in-fact, it carries the 3PMSF symbol for use in sever winter conditions.

I hope all is well!

In the Agilis CrossClimate line, 285/70R-17 (33") is the largest diameter offered. In the Defender LTX M/S line, 295/70R-17 33.5") is the largest diameter offered.

I think there may be a good alternative for you, though - PM coming your way.
