Is it safe to run a DA polisher over the clear bra. Or should I avoid going over it. I will be using Menzerna 1500 then 400. Followed by Power Lock and or PUPP. Would I have to avoid going over the XPEL film?

I've heard both sides. 3M says no, then I had an Xpel guy say it was ok. I used to run the DA over my old 3M bra and never had an issue. It doesn't correct very much, but I wax and seal the hell out of it. One tip if I may.... cover the exposed edge with a thin piece of painters tape, it'll help keep the wax or polish out of that edge.

Thanks for all ur info on this forum. I have amassed a small amount of products to start detailing my vehicles. Here's what I ordered. I'll start in the morning with my pathfinder before working on the tundra.

So I shouldn't polish the clear bra, but a sealant won't hurt it right?
