Hello Everyone,

We received a questions asking:

"Why was the Roll-Sensing Curtain Airbags (RSCA) switch removed from the 2014 Tundra?"

The answer:

In order to comply with FMVSS 208, Occupant Protection, the switch was eliminated. The Roll-Sensing Curtain Airbags (RSCA) On/Off switch has been removed from the 2014 Tundra. The regulation states that all airabgs and active safety features must be able to operate at all times and cannot be manually disabled by the driver and/or passengers in the event of a collision or other type of accident by which the safety feature helps to prevent injury.

Thanks for your question.
