Also, the VIM Select tab lists the Protocols Supported. Would like to see a list from FW ver. 1.x.x, just curious about any listed differences.

Just for fun I tried MVCI FUT "Online Update" to search for a newer version but could not connect for some reason. It advised to check my network connection but that was connected fine...

Happy New Year's All. Anyone know the reason it is advised to block TS from the internet? Just curious...
Happy newyear. The reason why I suggested to block ts from internet because they were cases that ts would validate the keys and the software will need to re register. And that fix had solved the issue

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR KEYS AS TECHSTREAM V14 COVERS CARS UPTO 2019 AND MOST OF US GOT CARS OLDER THAN THAT!

(LETS BE HONEST MOST OF US GOT CARS OLDERS THAN YEAR 2016 AND V11 AND ITS KEYGEN IS INCLUDED TOO THERE IS NO POINT OF HAVING NEWER VERSIONS IF YOU HAVE OLDERS CARS)

THIS INFO BELLOW IS ALL YOU NEED TO RUN YOUR TECHSTREAM FOR FREE!

v14.30.023 techstream setup file comes with keygen: (good for vehicles upto 2019): Techstream v14.30.023 WITH KEYGEN.zip

KEYGENS!
TUNDRA TALK DEDICATED KEYGEN IS ONLY DESIGNED FOR V14.30 that was created by our member @captaintofuburger

Keygen for v14.30.023 = TechStreamHelper-Binary.zip

v14.30.023 Browser based keygen = version 14.30.xx keygen.zip & HTML, CSS and JavaScript demo - Liveweave

our other member @oleg64 provided keygen that works for v14.10.028 & v14.20.019 but not sure how safe this script is unless oleg64 can give us more info on that here is the keygen mega file: 161.2 KB file on MEGA

64BIT MVCI CABLE DRIVERS with Free software (7Zip) to run RAR file: 7zip&drivers.zip if link gets take down use this: 8.02 MB file on MEGA

and for those getting java run time error message when opening the program here is the file you need to install for the error to go away: Java_v7.0.5.exe

techstream v11 with keygen that can generate keys upto v12.00.125 and all the drivers need to run the program; link consists of EVERYTHING you will need to run the Software (64 and 32 bit drivers for the cable will work on any version of techstream): Techstream+vmware+winxp.zip

and also for blocking techstream program so it DOES not connect to internet for auto update and mess things up
go to start-controlpanel-windows firewall-advance settings-click on new inbound rule locate file C:\Program Files (x86)\Toyota Diagnostics\Techstream\bin and look for the file "MainMenu.exe" and follow instruction and make sure to click BLOCK connection and repeat the same for outbound rule

Cable that i bought: mini vci V2.0.4

can be found in usa but out of stock: MINI-VCI J2534 OBD2 USB Communication Interface for Toyota Firmware V2.0.4 (Cable Only)

So, I was able to connect to my truck today and was happy to see vehicle was auto-detected after TS connected. When I opened TS it asked me for a key, even though previously I had entered it. I reentered the key and was able to get to the system select menu and looked at data from a couple of ECUs. I didn't see Health Check or Customize so I thought I would change the area selection to Europe to see if maybe the menu options were different. When I tried to change the area the dialog box was shrunken not allowing me to click ok (or even cancel), see below. I think this issue came from me turning off internet access blocking for TS when I tried to use the MVCI FUT TO look for a FW update. Like you said TS tried to validate, now I am locked into NA as area, but that is still working.

It's probable I didn't see Customize because the few ECUs I looked at are not customizable (Engine and ECT, CC, ABS/VSC/TRAC, TPMS). Do you recall ever seeing Health Check? As I recall it was on the main menu, but maybe the
system select menu? Do you know if it was dropped from newer versions?

I'm going to configure my other tablet as Europe and plug in tomorrow and play some more, it got cold here today (for Cali) and I quit for the day...

I would appreciate that, I can't remember where it was in the menu. Did you mean you didn't run it, or it wouldn't run? Safe Travels tdi200...

Techstream users manual

Guys,

I was able to extract the Techstream users manual from the program into a pdf. It is from TS version 10.10.018. Hope you all find it useful.
Hi All, just found the post quoted above with a User Guide for the TS software! It's over 5 years old but could still be helpful!

Happy New Year!!!

First you need to install the driver for your adapter, and after that install Techstream.
This is a curve driver you have.
Reinstall everything again.
