On average, how many miles can you drive until you fuel gauge is off of full?

In my 2012 DC I could get 50-60 miles before my needle is off of full and in my 13 4x4 DC with the La edition package rims and tires I get at best 35. I haven't changed my driving style but I know my 13 is 4x4 with more tread on the tires. I just wanted to know how many miles you guys can drive until your needle leaves the full mark and if your truck is 4x4 or not?

Thanks guys

Mine is about 20 miles also. It seems to be a lot quicker than most other vehicles. That's only about 1 gallon from full.

Mine comes off full rather quickly, but it is absolutely linear in performance;3/4 tank is 4 gallons, 1/2 tank is 8 gallons, 3/4 empty is 12 gallons etc. Love it, I always know exactly how much fuel I have left

What kind of stance did your truck have compared to the new truck?

The gauge is extremely sensitive, I noticed a difference after it was lifted and didn't have 3" of rake in the rear. :)

I just noticed mine is still on full after 55 miles. I do drive conservatively and typically get over 19 mpg on (mostly) two-lane highways with a little in-town.

What's the size of the tanks on the 08's....
Because the most I have gotten in is 28 gal and three times now....
When the gauge is past E it just stays there. And I keep driving and driving.
Granted I also was pushing it I had a 5 gal can in the bed.

But on avg I get any were 240-350 a tank.

If you keep putting gas in after it clicks off by filling the neck up you will get further miles before it comes off full tank. About 40-50 miles on mine. When you get 440 miles on the computer guage and you know you have 5-6 gallon reserve you now have a 500 mile tank.

Hit 65.8 miles and the gas gauge was still on full but starting to move.
All I know is highway miles. I hit the xway and cruise gets pinned at 80mph. It is roughly 25 miles to Coleman from Midland. That is usually the first time I glance at the fuel gauge. The instantaneous mpg readout shows about 13-15 mpg. Other than that, I have no friggin idea.
What's full? Can't get there before the pump auto-stops due to debit card security feature.

the 2012 was completely stock, and my 13 is a 4x4 so its site higher and more level anyway.
