I've searched the sight about this. I have got the codes related to the sensors before and after the catalytic Converter.
Question is the replacement. Below are pictures.

This is the sensor before. Looks newer

This is after. I sprayed some wd40 to try and loosen the nut. No luck.

This is both sides.

Any thoughts?

I’d go PB Blaster and it may take multiple soakings, the constant on/off heat basically welds them to the housing.

It’s an old hack, but sometimes Coke works great at freeing up rusted parts. I also saw a video where it showed where break fluid is better than some of the penetrating oils. If all else fails, use a torch, but make sure you clean off any flammable liquids on the part and any that may have dripped on the ground. Also make sure you’re using the proper wrench.

I regularly have to heat the bung (threaded portion that the sensor screws into) with a torch to replace O2 sensors. Not uncommon, even on units that are less than a month old. Also, the correct O2 sensor socket works way better than a wrench.
