Actually the Tacoma was a great truck. It was just missing features I wanted such as heated mirrors, tow/haul, backup camera and driver/passenger climate controls. After towing my camper 500 miles one way and then 500 miles back (which the Tacoma had no problems doing), I noticed that it would surge a bit at highway speed and I could not use cruise at all without it jumping up and down. That started the fever for a bigger truck.

sakums20 - CC, haha. I think it will be getting beat up for the next few months as I put on the bed cover and the bed extender! I posted a pic in "my garage" from last night where I tested hooking up to the camper and making sure my brake controller worked.
