I upgraded from a v8 4runner to a CPO '11 Tundra TRD DCRB in Brilliant Red with 53k miles on it today. I've only driven it 15 mile so far, the test drive and home from the dealer. The size will take some getting used to, it barely fits in my garage. It will primarily be used on the weekends and vacations, towing my SxS and trailer or maybe smaller toy hauler next year. The first things I will add are a leveling kit and different wheels, I don't care for the TRD wheels. I can't wait to spend more time behind the wheel. Time to go read up on my truck.
