Bought these wheels off ebay. The ad said they came off a 2010 lexus lx570 which has the same lug pattern and wheel stud as my 2012 tundra. Only thing is I can't find lug nuts that fit inside the hole in a m14-1.5. The hole is 22mm which is smaller than anything i can seem to find.

I measured the lug pattern and these are indeed 5x150. Anyone have any ideas??

You need some like these, I had to get new ones like these for my method wheels.

none of those are 14mmx1.5. I have some smaller ones for my 18 incubus crushers and those are too big. I can't even fit a 3/4" socket in the hole of these wheels.

Seller did not have the lugnuts for them? If they were take offs, then I imagine they would not need the OEM nuts. I would try sending them a message through ebay.
