Hey guys. I'm new to the forum. This is also the first tundra I've ever owned. I have a 09 4x4 sr5 double cab. I want to lift the truck but have no idea what will work. Right now all I'm wanting to do is put a 3/1 leveling kit on it.(pro comp) I was thinking Moto metal 962's in gloss black. 18x10 with a -24mm offset. For tires a mud grappler 33x12.50x18. My local xtras store is telling me that won't work. Says it'll rub like hell. Somebody please tell me they're wrong. I work in a machine shop so fabrication isn't a problem. Just new to the tundras. If anybody has pics of this setup I'd love to c it. Somebody please help me. Thanks in advance.

Wont work and will rub like hell. The -24 offset is whats killing you, especially with just a 3" lift. If you want to run a 33" tire you can do an offset up to about 0, with a 9" wide wheel. If you want to run a 35" tire youll need a +25 to +35 offset on a 9" wide wheel.
