Need help with rusty truck bed

Hey everyone, I have a rust hole in the bed of my 2007 Tundra limited (6.5 foot bed). The hole is about the size of my hand. I’m unable to find anyone reputable to fix it so I’m going to have to do it myself. Does anyone know where I can find replacement bed rails? Meaning the ones that are spot welded underneath the bed floor.
