Last week we looked at Toyota vehicles for the first time. We looked at Tundras and Highlanders. Ended up getting the wife a 2014 Highlander, I just couldn't get the Tundra out of my mind. Went back on Monday and drove home a 2014 SR5 5.7 CrewMax. I got the TSS off road package, black leather, nav/Entune, bedliner, deck rail system, towing pkg and 4.30 gears.

I am extremely pleased so far, I haul weeks worth of clothes and firefighting gear in my truck and the Tundra has so much more cab space than the 2013 Chevy I had.

So in less than a week we traded a 2011 Chevy crew cab 6.2 2wd and a 2013 Chevy crew cab 5.3 4wd.

This has to be my favorite truck so far and I have owned plenty of trucks.
Tundra plans are debadge, remove mudflaps, tint(after I move to TX next month), 3/1 lift, 1.5" spacers/adapters, 305/55 Trails, nfab steps and fender flares.
Sorry for the iphone pics, the DSLR is down right now.

Congrats!! I basically have the same tundra as you (well, slightly modified :lol5:) so I know you'll love it. My wife and I have had 8 Toyotas and have loved every single one!

My mom has always driven Toyota even when I was little, except for one Expedition she in the early 2000's. Your truck looks great, my company leases my truck from me and they set a few guidelines and if we get crazy with lifts they start to gripe.

Thanks. I'll check it out, I'm a commercial oilfield firefighter/well control specialist. I will be going to fire school after I move back to Texas next month, and may join a close VFD.

Thanks for all the compliments. I love driving this truck, its a huge difference from what I was driving.
