This cold snap is making my timing chain rattle on startup. I want a block heater, and not the silly little lipstick heater the dealer offers. I'm looking at the lower rad hose mounted units (400w). Can anyone tell me the diameter of the lower rad hose so I can order the right size unit? 2011 5.7 if it matters.

The lipstick heater is 400w, and will never leak. Takes more time to run the cord than to get under the truck, pop it in, and get back up off the floor.
