2013 Tundra, after driving for a half hour or so the warning light for low tire pressure comes on, it comes on only after driving for awhile. It doesn't come on when I start a drive. Not sure why? Tire pressure was okay
My guess is a battery is getting weak on a sender unit but your manual should have initialization procedures which calibrates the system. I do the calibration on our vehicles each time after we get a new set of tires.
What pressure do you run? Over 50# will light it up and tell you it is malfunctioning. You’ll build pressure as the tires heat up, so this could happen if you like to run high 40s.
