So, I have a 3" suspension lift and notice a little bit of a rake in the back. I was originally looking at a 3" block, but am afraid of an axle wrap.

Has anyone done this? If not, did you go with the AAL set in addition to the stock leaf packs?

Open to suggestions....I would like to keep it no more than $500.

If you actually want 3" of rear lift with a leaf pack most guys who use the OME Dakars with the shocks get that much lift. I think Toytec sells them, if not look up TRD4U or 4wheelparts.

AALs can make the rear end ride pretty rough. A lot of guys on here have had some good experience lifting the rear with CoachBuilders shackles. They come in different lengths depending on how much lift you want. Definitely a good alternative to AALs. Avoid blocks at all costs, in my opinion. Unless you never plan to go offroad.
